One tire, three widths, zero compromises.
Michelin built the Power Gravel Competition line for riders who seek out gravel roads and trails. The tires are tuned to be durable, puncture-resistant, fast rolling, and extra grippy on loose terrain.
Five SKUs are available at JBI.BIKE, spanning a fast 40mm all-road setup through a 57mm e-bike-rated option for loaded touring and gravel e-bikes.
What's under the tread.
The build stacks a diamond-lug rubber compound over a crosshatched protective belt, wrapped around a dense multi-ply casing, and locked in place by a folding tubeless bead.
Diamond lug
Open, diamond-shaped center knobs for low rolling resistance with taller cornering lugs at the shoulder for loose-surface bite.
Protective layer
A crosshatched reinforcement ply sits beneath the cap to resist cuts and punctures from sharp gravel.
120 TPI × 3
A high-density multi-ply casing for a supple ride and reliable tubeless air retention at low pressure.
TLR Folding
A folding bead wire locks the casing to the rim and keeps total system weight down.
Adapts to the surface beneath it.
Tightly packed diamond lugs roll fast on hardpack and pavement, then open up their edges to shed mud and bite into loose gravel, sand, and grit. No knob is ever fighting the one next to it.
Ready for the start line.
The same traits that make the Power Gravel tire durable on long days also make it fast on race day. Low, tightly packed center lugs keep rolling resistance down on hardpack, the supple 120 TPI casing tracks the ground at low tubeless pressures, and taller shoulder knobs hold the line through loose, fast corners.
