Responsibilities:
The Product Manager creates and manages a wide range of private label products across several brands. The ideal candidate will work as part of a cross-functional team to maximize growth and profitability within the JBI.BIKE private label portfolio. The Product Manager understands trends relevant to a broad section of cycling consumers and how they influence consumers.

Qualification:
Essential Job Functions:
* Manage a product portfolio that strives to meet both the technical and economic needs of the consumers.
* Help to build and maintain a culture of innovation that brings new ideas and products at price points that align with the consumer's needs.
* Continuously improve our core products, while keeping ahead of our competition.
* Work with the marketing team to deliver dynamic presentations of the product offering.
* Present product and strategy to internal sales teams.
* Work cross-functionally as part of a team with design, graphics, purchasing, quality control, sales, and marketing functions on all issues related to the assigned products and categories.
* Create packaging/graphics briefs that best communicate the salient features of the products, while maintaining the integrity of the brand.


Education and Training:
* Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer product brand marketing and product development
* Demonstrated ability to manage product lines and lead cross-functional teams
* Demonstrated ability to obtain a detailed understanding of consumer needs through market research channels
* Strong user of the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Illustrator

Sales and customer service for our bicycle retail customer base at our 11 locations nationwide.

Responsibilities:
Position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Paired with Outside Sales Representatives in Territory, service bicycle retail customers in discrete geographic area. Inbound phone orders and customer service inquiries, very heavy outbound sales calls, including on overstock inventory.

We are seeking to fill the position of Inside Sales Manager. This is an integral part of our team - whom will be managing a fast-paced sales room, working directly with the president of the company. This is at our global headquarters in Miami, FL. Expectations are to manage, motivate, and assist the current sales team to exponentially grow the Florida and Caribbean territories through product training, organization, and accountability.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the local outside representatives. This pertains to 5 outside reps covering separate areas of Florida. Direct interaction with all territory shops (roughly 700 accounts) to maintain customer relations, backorders, closeouts, scheduling local pick-ups and day-to-day functions. Daily sales goals are used to measure and reward performance.

Qualification:
The ideal candidate must be an extraordinarily self-motivated salesperson, customer service oriented and people friendly. Highly qualified in bike knowledge and bike industry experience - 3 years minimum in bike shop experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred to have experience in Excel and basic computer skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Must work well under pressure and be goal oriented.

As the Purchasing & Invoicing Assistant, you will work directly with the Brand Manager to analyze the needs for our bicycle business at our 11 locations nationwide. You will be responsible for creating, submitting, and confirming purchase orders and work with our vendors to manage the delivery of goods as they are ready to ship. You will manage the delivery of goods by verifying the accuracy of invoices, matching them to purchase orders, and maintaining import documents for in-transit shipments.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market and sales trends to make effective purchasing decisions
  • Prepare purchase orders by verifying current and future needs
  • Follow up with purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors
  • Verify accuracy and process new invoices, and match to purchase orders for shipments coming from overseas
  • Compile and maintain import documents for all inbound shipments
  • Perform other related duties as needed
