Responsibilities:
The Product Manager creates and manages a wide range of private label products across several brands. The ideal candidate will work as part of a cross-functional team to maximize growth and profitability within the JBI.BIKE private label portfolio. The Product Manager understands trends relevant to a broad section of cycling consumers and how they influence consumers.

Qualification:
Essential Job Functions:
* Manage a product portfolio that strives to meet both the technical and economic needs of the consumers.
* Help to build and maintain a culture of innovation that brings new ideas and products at price points that align with the consumer's needs.
* Continuously improve our core products, while keeping ahead of our competition.
* Work with the marketing team to deliver dynamic presentations of the product offering.
* Present product and strategy to internal sales teams.
* Work cross-functionally as part of a team with design, graphics, purchasing, quality control, sales, and marketing functions on all issues related to the assigned products and categories.
* Create packaging/graphics briefs that best communicate the salient features of the products, while maintaining the integrity of the brand.


Education and Training:
* Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in consumer product brand marketing and product development
* Demonstrated ability to manage product lines and lead cross‐functional teams
* Demonstrated ability to obtain a detailed understanding of consumer needs through market research channels
* Strong user of the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Illustrator

Outside Sales Representative - Minneapolis/Saint Paul

Basic Function: Active sales to and product placement in independent bicycle dealers. Territory spans entire states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and some of Western Wisconsin.

Location: Minneapolis/Saint Paul

Responsibilities:
Service, in person, roughly 170 bicycle retail customers in this discrete geographic area in the Twin Cities region. Paired with an Inside Sales partner in the Twin Cities for customer service and closeout/overstock inventory.

Basic Function: JBI is looking for a Purchasing/Customer Service Assistant to work directly with our Sun Bicycles Brand Manager at our headquarters in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities include purchase order planning, submission, and tracking as well as being responsible for managing incoming consumer inquiries for our proprietary bike brands. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and have a passion and background in the cycling industry. Responsibilities:
Review on-hand inventories along with quarterly/annual numbers to estimate demand and issue purchase orders to our manufacturers for our proprietary bikes brands

Track and update purchase orders as needed and followup if there are any discrepancies

Reply to inbound consumer inquiries or issues related to Sun Bicycles and our other private label bike brands

Offer feedback related to ongoing product development

Willingness to help with trade show planning and prep as needed

Qualification:
High school diploma/GED required (College degree preferred)

Computer proficiency with MS Office (especially MS Excel)

Previous experience within the bike industry is preferred

Ability to work well in an office environment

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with manufacturers and customers
